Hey peeps,

I'm probably not the only one being bummed by the fact that Armin's official tour schedule is updated so infrequently and late. This subforum has proven to be a lot more informative in terms of acquiring info on future gigs. So I thought it would be handy to combine all the reported dates in one list. Please note that this list is compiled based on information that has been reported by various people on this and other sites. This is not the official gig list, which can be found here.

Here's a reader reference towards the status of the mentioned dates:

26th of July im guessing he will be at Global Gathering @ Long Marston Airfield, Stratford Upon Avon, UK considering he is confirmed on the line-up and he will be at sunrise the day before hand.

Is Armin not going to play every week on Ibiza ?

According to Daan's interview he will play 12 of the 15 Armada @ Amnesia events. I deliberately only listed the opening party and the 12th of august because based on previous years they seem to be the most certain. But yes there will be 10 more performances added as soon as there's reliable info.

Anyway keep us posted The US tour dates come from a flyer that Ultra Records distributed in Miami during WMC. There's a few known errors on it, the worst being a WMC gig at Pawnshop on Friday that didn't happen at all.

wow thank u very much Eric for your time and effort on doing this and yes i am very pissed too that dates are announced so late every time... So far 3 times I had to book flights for his gigs without even having seen an official announcment for them!

But what is going wrong exactly? Does it have to do with agencies or sth?? For example why pvd has already announced his summer gigs at ibiza? Or if u check tiesto's page,u ll see that his "fixed" dates are till May but yet there are 2 more announced in July...aaah,whatever... I suppose that all these are just rhetorical questions...

I talked earlier to Armin about this. He said that they are not allowed to announce a gig before the local promoter that books him announces it himself. Which I can understand. But he agreed that often when gigs have been announced locally it still takes forever for them to be published on his own site. He said he would talk to "the guys at the office" about that. That was two months ago.

In the meantime nothing has changed. It seems the problem lies within the Armada backoffice. I hate to be a critic on this all the time but everything there seems to be targeted at releasing the umptieth 20 Trance Tunes compilation every week. The site, the forum and alike digital channels simply do not get the attention they should get. For example there's gonna be 5 more Armin Only's besides the ones in NL and Aussie. Why the hell aren't the dates announced yet? And what about the Amnesia schedule? They organize the whole thing themselves over there for crying out loud. Get those damn dates out in the open, people wanna go there and need to book their flights and their hotels. We don't wanna gamble, book some week and then end up getting stuffed with bloody Oakenfold. But what can we do? By the time Armada finally publishes the Amnesia schedule all the flights are 1000 euro and hotels ditto. And that doesn't go just for Amnesia, that goes for almost all his gigs.
For those of us who like to travel to see Armin abroad (like me and numerous other members here) that plain right sucks.

EDIT: It was brought to my attention that Armada itself is not responsible for publishing Armin's gig list but David Lewis Productions is. It's therefore not fair to blame Armada for the lack of information.

My gf and I wanna go to the 8th AO (the only one that has not been mentioned), which will be in Mexico. But we both have jobs and we need to plan this stuff way ahead. If this lack of information goes on then we will probably end up not being able to go because by the time we know the date flights and hotels will cost an arm and a leg and we can't get the time off in our work schedules anymore

So Armin + David, I'm sure I speak for others here as well: PLEASE sort this out. It really sucks and it's really easy to solve.

Those lines just express what I wanted to say too!

It really aches me that i see the flights for ibiza getting more and more expensive week by week on August cause simply we dont know yet whether to book on August 5th or 12th! or for Mykonos this year...I convinced a dutch friend of mine to book the flights for July 31st (200 euros now) cause if we had to wait till june or so flights would be like 500 euros! and many more examples......

So a huuuuuuge PLEASE from me as well to short this out asap!!

In my opinion, and it's pretty clear to see at sold-out gigs, Armada knows that no matter which gig
Armin plays it'll get sold-out 99% of the time. So it's not like their priority lies with cca. 5 people
albeit they're traveling halfway around the globe they aren't or can't be a priority, sadly.
It hasn't been any different in say past 4 years and I can't see it being any different in the future.

Unfortunately you are right. Spending 5 minutes a day on website content management obviously is a heavy burden.

Well Armin did however mention that he'd try and sort out better conditions for some fans in question,
however after paying cca. $2000 for these long trips there's only so much he can do to console you.

I just want to know when and where his gig are, not just the ones for tomorrow or next week.

But yes if he can do something that prevents us from getting stuck in stupid 3.5 hour entry line rows that would be really appreciated as well.

The location is still unknown, but it's sure that Citymoves comes to Enschede. No matter at what place it's gonna be, it's certain that there's gonna be a great party starting at 14.00 hours on june 1st. The most popular DJ of 2007, Armin van Buuren and ATB will be there with some other DJs to let you hear their sound. To make sure the day is going to be perfect there will be lockers available on the field, als toilets and sdiverse food stands plus a big bar will be there.

Technically it's David Lewis Productions' work, not Armada's. DLP is Armin's booking agent and therefore also the publisher of his gigs.

But regardless whose responsibility it is they're doing a lousy job. They just don't seem to get that not everybody on this planet has their own booking agency for a famous DJ and therefore the time and money to do whatever they want and go where ever they want whenever they want. A lot of Armin's fans need to travel to see him but also have jobs and responsibilities. They need to know stuff in advance to make proper arrangements with employers to get days off and find affordable prices for flights and hotels.

Oh well I don't think I need to explain this anymore. We all know it. The problem is that they don't seem to care
