Well it could be and it could be not. We simply don't know. Official information about Armin's future gigs is poor and even when all of us cry out about it it doesn't seem to change. Almost every DJ on the planet provides his or her fans with a full year gig list, but for some reason Davis Lewis Productions doesn't seem to find it necessary to provide that service. I know Armin understands our problems with it but he hasn't done anything to change it either. So I guess there's not much we can do about it except keeping our ears open and trying to at least keep this list as complete as possible.

Armin will unfortunately not spin at the O'Neill Summerbabe contest at Vroeger Beachclub on the 3rd of August. The party is moved 2 weeks later on the 17th but Armin will not be there. The party shall be organised by Alda Events so maybe there will be other DJ's. Look at http://www.summerscene.nl/summerbabe2008/informatie or later the website of Alda (nothing yet there)

The rumour goes that Armin will not play anymore at an open-air beachclub in Bloemendaal (this year) because of the troubles they encountered at Armada@Thebeach on the 1st of June. I was there also and the soundlevel was in the beginning very low/poor because of local government rules. Armin even spoke through the microfone to clear up the situation. I don't have connectings with Armada so i can't confirm this rumour but anyway i think you can skip this gig from your list, i think.

Well, we are spoiled in Holland anyway with all these frequent, nice party's and dj's so we have an alternative on this one: at the same day at Citymoves in Zwolle!

So Zwolle, here we come!

The tour dates on Armin's old site have been updated; a week in the US between the first two Ibiza gigs in August and Passion in Coalville here in the UK on the SW4 weekend.

YAY! JULY 5Th NY!!!!!

Last night (July 5), I saw Armin for the first time here in Brooklyn, NY & he is so damn sexy....Also, he is a true genius, an engineer of sound. I met some really great people too, from Holland, Granada, and Peru.

Anyway, I must say that I had a BLAST!! I stayed up front & danced for the whole show!
It was a real celebration for me because I had just completed my Master's Degree last month so I really needed to unwind & party!!!

Honestly, I have to say that I'm so jealous of those who are fortunate enough to 1: Travel the world to see Armin in other countries and 2. Who live in The Netherlands or the surrounding countries where the Trance music industry is so frequent and abundant!!
I have seen a lot of great artists here in NYC, just not on Armin's level of expertise or experience.
This is why I am jealous: There aren't half as many opportunities in and around the NY area (i.e., NY, NJ, CT) to see Trance Artists perform. There are far more in Europe, etc... which really sucks because as a Trance lover & addict such as myself, I have to really get creative with my Trance as a listener such as throwing Trance parties for myself,
downloading a ton of MP3's, subscribing to podcasts & subscribing to XM satelite radio where I can hear ASOT every week.
If I didn't have the above mentioned things, I am sure I would die from lack of Armin's music..............I would get Armin-itis.....and just die.

How about being more proactive instead of jealous and follow your dreams and goals, ok they might not be trance but you make it sound like it is. I know plenty of people from the east coast who had taken trips to come here and have a good time,
though mind you even in europe trance isn't played on every street corner, it's just as scarce and you got to travel to have a good time, actually it's not that much different now is it.
Armin spent the whole month of may in the states, home turf if you will, lots of opportunities to see him albeit with little traveling but that's besides the point. The point is to get up and do something about it. Welcome to the forum anyway.

at all those places combined (excluding Hartford), you would be able to see armin about 7-8 times a year. DC and NYC bring a lot of other trance DJs on weekly basis as well, so there is always a party to go to

Hi, Thanks for your response. I hope my entry didnt offend you, b/c-you seemed to have taken my statement very personally. And now you're gonna tell me to be proactive b/c you know me? Relax.....you don't know about me, or my life. NY is just very different. I am not ASSUMING that Trance is played on every corner in Europe, I am not that naiive-but I am a very talented, centered and positive young woman. I have a fantastic life in NY, I just wish that there were more opportunities to celebrate Trance music in this part of the country. That's it.

Does anyone know if there are updates on playing a second Armin Only in Montreal? I would love to see him again this fall/winter.

P.S. Can't go to Toronto on Aug. 31st though I would love too. Classes are just starting that day at university and I need to attend to get into the class.

Armin's also playing at Gatecrasher in Tall Trees on the 20th Sept along with the one at Gatecrasher in Sheffield....and what happened to the party on the 3rd of Oct in San Francisco at Ruby Skye??

I think we've hit another all time low today in gig announcements. The current list on the AvB site only indicates 4 upcoming shows, with the last one 11 days from now

On a brighter note: ArminOnly.com has been updated and now also shows the Belgium event. Still no mentioning of the Poland event in November though and the tickets links still refers to the ticket site for Romania.

Just found out that Above & Beyond will be in the Netherlands for a second time this year on November 22nd @ the Fabulous Festival in Den Bosch. That was a party that Armin played at too last year, so he might be there again.

I was so hoping that I'd catch those guys during my stay in the Netherlands, but apparently they have other locations scheduled.
