Eric/ Freezel, seems Armin's Asia tour starts from the 6th Nov. Any clue if he'll be playing @ India and the date as well plzzz.

So far we don't know. Armin's website doesn't say anything yet, so I guess you have to ask your local clubs/promotors.

One of the two groups who helped organized Armin Only in LA last time released flyers this past weekend saying they had Moby (DJ Set) for NYE.

So if Armin is playing in LA this year...if it's with that same organizer, it's not an Armin Only event. It would prob be Giant Maximus.

Or maybe Together As One (all ages massive), as it's co-produced by the other organizer of Armin Only...Insomniac. TAO is produced by them and Go Ventures, who has booked Armin a few times in the last several eyars for their Monster Massive event (All Ages Halloween massive at the same venue TAO is held at).

Who knows. Guess we'll have to stay tuned.

Thank You Freezel for the reply. So many news flying in here. I thought this should be the right place to get the info. I did check Armin's gig schedule. But there is nothing. I am not sure as to whom to ask in India as well. Actually, need to plan my leaves, can't take chances .

That's why we keep this unofficial schedule here, at least it provides a bit more info than Armin's own site, even though it's still not complete by far. The fact that we even have to do this ourselves is of course totally ridiculous to begin with.

Armin will be playing @ Essence (which was of course to be expected), a girl who attended the fotoshoot for the flyers confirmed this.

Assuming this is the one scheduled for Jaarbeurs on the 12th of Dec, any idea if this would be similar to the 4hr show he put on last year at the Sands?

Oh ok...so I get it, its a festival then, something like Trance Energy? But then does this mean that Armin just plays a 2 hr set?

It's definitely a festival and the pre announcement stated that there will be 5 areas for different styles. It will probably resemble Trance Energy in terms of size, except with more varied styles. Usually sets on festivals like these are 2-2.5 hours.

But then again Tiesto did a 4 hour set at Mystery Land this year so you never know until they announce it. I doubt it's going to be anything like Armin Only, just a regular set probably, maybe with one guest appearance like @ The Sand last year.

OK, thanks for your answer...just makes planning for these things easier if you know more or less what to expect, if he plays an extended set, which I can't really see happening, I'll definitely consider it but as you said, a regular set just seems more likely with Armin...

i dont think armin will be doing an armin only show in los angeles on the 31st of December this year. Most people in Australia reckon he will be playing at Sensation White at the Telstra Dome in Melbourne. It explains why he isn't playing Melbourne for summadayze :-)
